Where are you based and how far do you travel?
Based in Knutsford, Cheshire, and out regularly across Manchester, Cheshire and the North West, and nationally or internationally on request. Travel within a 50-mile radius of Knutsford is included; beyond that it is charged at £1 per mile.
What equipment do you bring?
A full PA system with top-of-the-range Pioneer decks, plus moving head lighting. Everything is PAT certified and covered by £2 million public liability insurance. Most venues will ask for both.
Can we choose the music?
Absolutely. Send over your must-plays and your do-not-plays and I will build around them. Plenty of couples leave it entirely with me. Either way, I read the room on the night rather than running a fixed set.
Do you use pre-recorded sets?
Never. Everything is mixed live, using current edits and mix tracks to keep it modern. What you hear is what is happening in the room.
How long do you need to set up?
An hour is ideal. If access is tight or the room is being turned around, let me know in advance and we will plan it properly.
Can you play for longer on the night?
Yes. Additional hours are typically £50 to £100 per hour depending on the event and the venue curfew. Easiest to agree in advance, but I can be flexible on the day.
Do you host and make announcements?
Yes. Introductions, first dance, cake cut, speeches handover: as much or as little on the microphone as you want.
How do we pay and what secures the date?
Bank transfer, credit or debit card, or part cash. A deposit secures the date and the balance is settled before the event. Get in touch and I will confirm availability and a full price.
